A food hack in the middle of a hearty American meal.

 So the menu is this:

Roasted Pork Tenderloin

Rice(prepared in the pork drippings)

15 bean soup

pan-fried buttermilk cornbread

So its a family menu with four options.  You'd think, "something for everyone".

But then my mind goes to work on this rather regular, but tasty menu.

one piece pan-fried buttermilk cornbread on plate.

one or two slices Roast Pork on top.

Then another piece of cornbread at the very top.

And I've got DOWN HOME ROAST PORK SAMMICH!

Mind the idea is somewhat fatty, but yields decent protein and a good percentage of carbs.  Few vitamins.  Not Keto or Paleo or Adkins friendly.  But delicious?

Oh hell yes.
