Tomato and Blue Cheese on Multi-Grain

 The sandwich that is very light, but eats almost like a meal.  It has clean carbs, natural sugars, bread carbs, dairy carbs and proteins.


Eat it like a taco, but made with bread, or substitute a real taco shell, hard or soft.  Take the one piece of Multi-grain and lay it out.  Lay your tomato piece(s) inside, take your A1 sauce and coat one side of the bread, then form like a hot dog with it, a long pocket, and fill that with blue cheese.
